Welcome to our site. Our aim is to provide assistance to training academies, constituents & employers to optimize their respective operations & visibility.
We would like to invite all constituent assessors, moderators & trainers to join our ICEFAMILY (Independent Collaborative Educators as Facilitators, Assessors & Moderators) community, and upload their respective credentials so that we can assist our community members in the deployment of innovative training strategies, marketing strategies, HR training strategies, and simply getting together online to discuss everything “adult education”, ”accredited training”, and many more things we as a collective can think of, to enhance, infuse & share our educator ideas.
We would also like to invite learners – all kinds of learners – those learners who learn easily, and those who struggle too. Our dream as the ICEFAMILY is to instill in the hearts of most South Africans a love for education & personal development. We are all Lifelong Learners after all, and we would like to hear from our learners’ communities too.
We furthermore would like to converse with HR professionals too. Training is an HR function & a management tool, and assessment practices on performance of learners & employees can be optimally utilized in the management of such performances. We are convinced that good assessment practices should be used to our own advantage, in the pursuit of effective & lasting performance management.

I am an ETDP Seta Constituent Assessor & Moderator, ETD Trainer, Services Seta Constituent Assessor & Moderator, Public Services Seta, Merseta & TETA Constituent Assessor & Moderator, as well as a constituent HR Management-, Business Management-, Business Administration- Payroll Management- & SDF Trainer, Assessor & Moderator, as I have the ability to facilitate most of all accredited training interventions.
